  • On the congress day, students who have made their applications as participants, via our website, are required to declare an up to date ‘Student Declaration Form’ to the registration desk. Students who fail to declare their declaration forms will be obliged to make a “Normal Registration Fee”payment.
  • According to the registration policy decision taken by the Congress Committee, ONLY those who pay the full attendance fee or the daily fee are eligible to attend the conference.
